touched, in a good way

last night at practiced i was touched by my sensei, but i didnt yell rape.jkjk it was something he told me,"doing kendo is like filling a bucket with a whole at the bottom, if you keep putting in as much water as you can the water level will steadily increase, but if you slack then the water level will gradually decrease. just some food fot thought. anyone have any stroies from their sensei that got to you?

It's a good thought, of course how much work it takes and whether the bucket will fill or not depends on the size of the hole in the bucket http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/wink.gif

What if myself or other people have crapped in my bucket?

No matter how much training and effort i put in i still end up with watered down shite.
