That's not helping anybody though.

As soon as your spinal chord started hurting after some fall you should have gone to see a doctor asap. It's not something to toy with you only have 1 of them and they are short in suply. I haven't heard of them replacing damaged spinal chords yet either.

Things like this can be dangerous they also can be nothing but it's better to be safe then sorry in cases like this.
