Default Tsukemono lovers!
Hi y'all!

Today, I infanted my first Nukadoko for my nukazuke. Any japanese food buff will know what it is, others, well it's a kind of pickling base, made out of rice bran. It makes marvelous pickles... I wil keep you posted on it's developement as soon as it gets "alive". I hope to be good enough to keep it till I'am 100 years old.
If any of you has a question, or suggestion on the nukadoko, please ask or tell!

Althought I would love making my own miso, I won't make it.
Nukamiso doesn't smell so bad...Just when you open your box....
It isn't alive yet but it's getting there 3 more days I say and it's gonna be ready.

Trust me, when it goes live, it's going to stink.
And OMG how it will.

Tasty tho.
