You ought to do a search here about nito and see who has seriously posted about it, and see if any of them practice nito. I think some of them do, and have said so in some posts, if I remember right. I've no idea as to who you could talk to, since I didn't make a point of remembering who said anything about actually doing nito, but those previous threads might help point you to someone who really knows something and is experienced. Then, you could send them a PM and ask.

Good luck, and I hope this helps. Maybe someone else will know someone and send you info, or post about it. That would be good. And hopefully, someone who does nito well, will pop into this thread and be willing to speak with you about it, as well.
