menjo from 2009 GNEUSKF youth tournament
 

Anyone know if the menjo from the GNEUSKF youth tournament held at rutgers last march have been sent out? My check was cashed back in march but no menjo yet. I've had them take up to 18 months in the past in order to recieve them.

I'm not a GNEUSKF member, but I would assume since menjo are english only it shouldn't take as long as in the past. If I don't hear anything I will follow up with Bella.

Menjo for what rank? If ikyu or shodan those have to go to AUSKF and that can take uh.. too long.

All menjo come from AUSKF... at least here in the SEUSKF. Even below ikkyu rank. Do you guys print your own nikyu and below Ron?

I've had menjo in under 3 months in the past and 18 months at most. I think there was an event in the SEUSKF that got them out in 2 months or less.

I truly don't know what we do.. I _think_ so as I _think_ we don't require AUSKF membership (If I recall correctly) prior to Ikyu.. only MWKF...unless I'm misremembering the application forms (I only look at them to sign them these days).

My experience is closer to the 12-18months than the 2months from the AUSKF. I would contact the appropriate SEUSKF officer (probably Mike can help with contact information here). It's also not unknown for mistakes to be made (though the on we had most recently was a mis-spelled name on the menjo resulting in a total turn-around of about 20months from initial menjo to final correct one).
