Hey everyone! I'm a member of my university's Kendo Club, which is almost a brand new baby..only opened last semester, so we're very low on cash/campus recognition. What are some ways you guys would suggest to have a fundraiser, while also possibly gaining recognition on campus? I read about an 1000 strike kendo challenge somewhere, but I'm not sure if that should be the *first* fundraiser..maybe after people know we're around more..
Any suggestions are welcome! I was thinking since most of the kendo club are fans of japanese culture and anime, perhaps doing origami of kendoka..hmm. But I can't find any patterns. ![]() Thanks guys! |
