With Fremantle upping the ante over Zac Clarke by threatening to shift him to another club so he can spend more time in the ruck, then surely when an AFL listed player who spends probably 80 - 90% of the time on the ground can only muster 5 - 12 possessions a game and have little impact on a regular basis, then surely they cannot expect a WAFL club to continue to play him in the league side?
Justin Bollenhagen just doesn't get into the game enough and is starting to look like a liability. These AFL clubs can't have it both ways! They can't complain that Bollenhagen isn't getting opportunities. |

Unfortunately DD, if the AFL sides say their players must play WAFL League, then so be it. That is why Bucovaz and Sibosado were moved from Claremont. The AFL Clubs play their player's wages and so have all the say.
We have the same situation with Hamish Shepheard. He was playing very poorly and not worth his place in the 22. But we heard that Harvey wanted him to play League, and so he did. Fortunately last Friday night, Hynes moved him into the ruck after half time and his efforts nearly dragged us out of the mire. Hopefully Hammer can continue his form next week against the bottom feeders at home. This morning's paper said Zac may be moved as early as today with Peel being the most likely Club. I predicted them on another thread. |
