How do you use meditation to minimize procrastination?

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to use meditation to minimize procrastination.

I'd like to get to the point that I'm basically dispassionate about doing all the things I need to do, but don't want to do. So, if I need to mow the grass, I just go mow the grass. If I need to make a difficult phone call, I just do it.

Any advice?

Thank you

Mark

Hi Mark,

I think probably the best thing for you to do would be to work through Ajahn Jayasaro's series of short 'Buddhist Meditation' videos which can be found at at YouTube.

This one is the introduction.

with kind wishes
