Sitting Again
 

I sat today for the first time in a while, I'd been for a run, the house was quiet, the sunshine was streaming through the window warming my back, the time was right.
Even better I sat with my Zen teacher, that little guy really knows how to just sit and breathe.

That picture reminds me of this time I was in Greece on vacation, and on a small island there was a massive hill with a 'fortress' on the top of it... This island, of course, was surrounded by beaches, and at the top of this steep hill/cliff it was surely 200ft or more above the beach...

At the very top I found a turtle just like the one in this picture!! How the heck did a turtle climb the steep/high cliff all the way to the very top?! Haha pretty amazing if you ask me.

I took a picture of it, perhaps ill try and upload it here. It was the most pecular thing!
