MN means the "Majjhima Nikaya" or the "Middle Way Suttas" from the Buddha

and what is important, in this case, is the insight that is developed thorugh the practice of them with the support given at the dojo, attending the Teisho, the help of experienced memebers of the Sangha and the daily practice of zazen. But the site where the links are is a very good source to study them.
