I am not sure whether anyone has recommended these books to the forum. These three books are discourses by Luangpor Teean Jittasubho in Thailand. He has been passed away but there are many practioners who follow his guidance on Mahasati Meditation. He taught how to do Mahasati Meditation by movement which is not difficult and we can practice it by ourselves at home.
