How to locate a teacher
 

Hi everybody else, I've been meditating alone for quite awhile. I also provide been learning a myriad of Buddhist teachings on my own. It has been very helpful if you ask me but I'm now coming facing a myriad of obstacles in my own training. Like I'm often in the manner of any greater knowledge It's. I've been very uncomfortable socially. Anxiety and fears have led me the majority of my entire life. I don't now what else to complete although that I've seen through that type of deluded thinking I still latch onto these old values cause. Really confused and don't now things to move in my own training. I believe it's time for me personally to locate some type of teacher. I actually do not now just how to start that. Anyway any assistance could be pleasant.
