Default Heavy Construction Equipment Rentals
I know some folks in the heavy construction equipment rental business with several locations across the Caribbean. They are pondering the DR as a possible expansion strategy. They are a top-notch, professional North American company based in Nassau. They employ excellent equipment and outstanding service, renting everything from Bobcats to truck cranes.

Can anyone offer some insight into what the market is like in the DR, and opinions as to if/how such a company might be competitive here?

TIA for the input...

IMCA--CAT and John Deere does rentals of anything. Might be room for another one.

According to wild word on the street there are laundering services that also offer this service as a way to brighten their "dirty laundry" iffin yous get my drift...

The company I work for owns Bobcat. If you have questions about a company in the DR renting Bobcat or Doosan/Daewoo machines let me know. I can get you in touch with the right people. The only true heavy equipment dealer with this line based in the Bahamas is Bahamas Mack Truck. Be careful who you contract.

By the way, we also just purchased the Moxy line of articulated dump trucks based out of Norway.
