6 days of rallying...wow a true festival !!! but i think having 2 stages on 1 day and 1 stage on the final day might lead into cancellations and problems since the spectators have no choice to spread out on many stages......

Nice schedule. Shame there are no proper stages live like in the last few years, that was one of the tv highlights of the year for me.

Agree. To me having 1 or two stages on a day in the middle of the rally or the last day of the rally isn't rallying either. But some don't seem to mind.

Olivier Quesnel in Imola (during the ILMC 6 Hours) told that North One Sport will make in Alsace a TV-test for the future web-tv!!! Who knows... =)

Obviously a fresh and encouraging approach, but it lacks enough stages to be a five-day event. Hope they crank it up even more in 2013.

Not sure about the Power stage on the Sunday morning - why not finish it on the Saturday night? If there is only one stage live - it's hardly progress is it?
However, it's a start to hopefully a better WRC.

Maybe there's not only a stage broadcasted live...

Those are indeed some hefty stages if they really are listed in miles. Live coverage this year was better than anything I could have hoped for (along with Eurosport putting it on their website) and it's loss will be greatly missed. How many if any of these stages will be run at night? Along with some stages I thought that was one reason the organizers were happy with the IRC.

Stages are basically same with IRC route, just driven almost all from those years, not only a selection.

SS1/3 and SS2/4 were run last year, also first day, just each one only once.
SS5/8 must be similar to the one run in last WRC years and twice in IRC (Sarrazin off at a bridge for example). SS6/9 is run every year. SS7/10 was run in previous years also, just not in 2010.
SS11 and SS12 should be same with last year (snow disaster) but mostly I don't like them as the majority is wide and too fast. SS13 is classic of previous years, always used as connection stage on the road from Valence to Monaco.
SS14/16 and SS15/17 is night classic around Turini. This year I can see only one section is in the dark and not so late...
I don't know the power stage.

So they're all long stages (big plus), but only two will be around sundown and one (Turini, thank goodness) in the dark. Assuming everything runs on time, of course.
