Default Briatore knew he was guilty for F1 'spygate': Mosley
http://sify.com/sports/briatore-knew...nug6fjgag.html

Briatore 'knew damn well he was guilty' in the infamous 'spygate' episode of 2007, looks like max the knife out for Ron Dennis
Mosley claims he would have preferred to ban Lewis Hamilton's team but was outvoted.

Max has been rather too quiet for too long. It couldn't last

It seems he's chosen the Daily Telegraph to tell his story of his days as FIA President. A preview of what's to come in his book perhaps.

"Spygate" isn't the same thing as "Crashgate".

I do wish that lazy journalists would get their fecking facts right.
It mentions the crashgate scandal and the unpunished incident of Renault steeling the data Mclaren had previously stolen off Ferrari... It was third hand by the time they got it though...

Talk about not getting facts right.

Renault didn't steal the Ferrari data that Mclaren had illegally gained.
Maybe I was joking?

They did aquire info from Mclaren however so were not innocent in that instance either..

You mean 'I wish some journalists would stop being lazy and concentrate on being factually correct' surely?

A lazy journalist who got his facts right would, you could argue, not be lazy in a 'factual' sense.
