Default FGP 2011 - Results Thread
Welcome to FGP for 2011!

For those returning the rules and budget are the same as last year. For those who are new I will give a brief rundown of how FGP works. Please visit this website for more information: http://sites.google.com/site/2009fgp/

Each team owner has a budget of 48,000,000 in which to build a team.
Each team consists of the following:
Two race drivers
One reserve driver
one chassis (for ex: Team Lotus)
one engine
one bonus GP

This is a sample FGP team that fits in the 48 million range:

CucamongaF1
Vettel, Glock
Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull/STR reserve driver)
HRT
Cosworth
Bahrain

Once an owner has assembled her or his team it must be posted in this thread for it to be 'official'.
All teams must be unique. This is an example of a unique team:

Team Jaguar-Ford
Vettel, Glock
Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull/STR reserve driver)
HRT
Cosworth
Japan
Everything is the same but the bonus GP, therefore it is a legal team.
Lastly, I cannot stress this enough:
Each team's third driver is someone who is NOT on the price list at: http://sites.google.com/site/2009fgp/home/price-list.

If you wish to enter a team please travel to this website:
http://sites.google.com/site/2009fgp/
find a team that fits the budget limits and then return here to enter it.

Robert Kubica will be left in the price list, even if there is a slim chance he races this season. Once Renault announce his replacement I will add him to the price list.

The deadline for entering teams is March 10.

Thank You very much for reading this and good luck to all who enter!

N.Jones

Kobayashi,Kovalianen
Senna (reserve) and if Renault pick him, will choose Hulkenberg as my reserve reserve!
Ferrari
Mercedes
Monaco
I would recommended against this as I do not have a definite price for Senna or Heidfeld yet.
If you keep your team as is just remember that you will be forced to change it once Lotus Renault makes their decision.

Oh, don't forget a team name!

Correct, Heidfeld will have to be switched out if he becomes Kubica's replacement.

49 million. You need to shed one million to be on budget.

What's your inclination on RK's replacement driver cost? Will it be the same price as Kubica no matter who is in the seat, or will you adjust that price accordingly?

Oh, and thanks for running this again!

My McLaren Chassis is currently suing Ferrari for the other Million. Can we just wait a few weeks?

If not, just swap Paul for Kovy till the money comes in.

REMINDER:

ALL 3rd drivers cost 1,000,000 and they must be added to your budget!

skc - you are one million over the budget AND you might have to change your team if Lotus Renault chooses Heidfeld to replace Kubica:
Team Southern Kit Cars

Petrov - 10
Di-Resta - 6
Heidfield - 1
McLaren - 20
Mercedes - 12
Bonus - GB

= 49 million. Please change.

Mine adjusted slightly to corrospond with the £1m for a reserve rule, not that changing anything else is needed.

Heidfeld or Senna will have their own price, which is based on where they finished last season, give or take what car they will be in.

Please change your third driver.

Everyone - Please stop choosing Senna or Heidfeld as your third driver as I do not want to change a large amount of teams before the deadline. Renault is testing this weekend and I believe they will make their decision soon.

Thank You.
