What are the options for tours to Haiti from the North Coast or Santiago?

Ken, I am not sure that there are any. We know that there is a bus from Caribe Tours that leaves here every day around noontime for Cap Haitian. I would suppose that in Cap there are some companies that will take tourists out the the private beaches for fun and frolic, as well as get them to Sans Souci and La Citadelle...which are practically the only two things to see in that area.

Several tour companies do one day tours to Dajabon for the market and do the normal tour things like stop to see a Haitian family and a Haitian school etc. As HB says there is a bus from DR to Cap Haitian and I am sure you can arrange tours once you are in a hotel there.
