Default Recommend an Android Video player?
Since the one that comes with my shiny new Galaxy S doesn't seem to play anything. Any recommendations for a decent player? Free if possible since I'm tight

What exactly were you trying to play in the first place?

What format? I have the Captivate variant of the Galaxy S and it has played everything I have thrown at it (720p mkv, avi with divx, xvid, H264)...except mt2s

I just got my Galaxy S today as well, so far I'm in love with it.

Never imagined I'd play my old NES games on my phone, dang.

H264 AVI. When I opened the SD card with the built in player it just said "No supported media files found".

Other than needing a different media player and the relative speed full screen video chews through battery life, I am really liking this phone. Not bad for £299
