i have a problem - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

hi iv just formated my pc and forgot that i have my documents encrypted using the windows tool.. i have the key from the old install.. can any one tell me how to change it and get access to the folders back..

that is for encripting the files iv alredy done that i need a program to switch the key over to gain access again as the pc hard drive with the windows install i deleted the partition and the files are stored on a secondry hard drive. i realy need these files back as its all my documents that was encrypted
