it is crappy propoganda
it streams really slow, and the sound quality is atrocious because they mastered it all wrong, increasing bass and treble on the voice channel.

Don't bother. It's just a "dig me" video, not unlike what you see at halftime of an NCAA game, except it's for physics geeks. Some pretty pictures, a professional if slightly condescending female narrator, and one of the longest 12:30 videos I've ever sat through.

Looks good on you though, Jon.

Can't think that without thinking, "how much for the professional video"?

I get the intent. But it was a weird cross between an instructional and a benefits piece. Are you going to tell me about quarks? How to build an accelerator? Or tell me about the benefits you create for society?

Pick one. Focus.

I get that there's a lot of story to tell. But they would have been better served doing two, no, three short, focused pieces, all 5 min. or less. They'd get a lot more mileage out of it that way, too.

With some slight script adjustments, and radically different editing, this would be much more effective.
