2. Find a roommate on Craigslist and live frugally. (You can find a good, fun and caring roommate if you filter enough)

Choices are 4, 1, 3, and 6, in that order. However, these are not mutually exclusive. Sucks about the 4-day work-week = 80% of pay. I get the reason, not the solution.
