The question that pops up in my mind is whether using the metal drums or whether getting fiberglass pontoons is cheaper? My best guess is that, if metal drums were cheaper, everyone would be using them.
How are you going to power it: Motor? Sails? Dolphins? In-laws chained to oars and whipped if they don't row with proper enthusiam? |

We have less than three weeks and a fairly small library. I think I'll go to this place and ask if they have plans for a simple cat good for poor locals to build just cheap...

Zkrib, found just the thing on ebay. The link is so long I'm not sure I got it all. Thirty four boat plans on one CD for $5.95. One is a neat little cat.
