Default What's good for digestion?
Mcdonald's is reasonably healthy?

I think it's the quality of the food that comes into play. though some people may have a predisposition towards digestion problems. Too much fried food or frozen food may cause problems.

Chew, it IS needed as part of the digestion process!

And avoid nutrition-substitutes like McD's.

Acidophilus is good for digestion. It's a general name for a group of probiotics found in milk products such as youghurt and sour (fermented) milk (called filmjolk in swedish). I'm not sure it's available in other parts of the world, but if there's an IKEA near you you can probably get it there...

Acidophilus also comes in capsules.

Uncle Ernie. He would chew each mouthful 60 times. Nobody got up from the table until everyone was done back then for some insane reason. Aunt Dolly had a TV nearby and would watch Jeopardy while Uncle Ernie chewed. Try chewing a mouthful of food 60 times. He did that for every mouthful. He's dead now thank God.

Eat whole wheat bread, it helps.

I eat a lot of Aloe Vera and Yoghurt, I don't drink tea or caffiene, but I don't eat spicy foods or wine at all. Maybe I should start eating curry more.

Eating something digestible should be good for your digestion, in contrast to eating indigestible things or eating nothing at all
