The beat is 'overfilled' and inelegant. The guy sounds like he's got good rythm though.

Also, try Wax Tailor, even though he's not a rapper. He mixes songs and beats and adds a touch of his own.

His mix of 'Que Sera' is awesome.

I listened to a lot of breakbeat in the nineties. I listened to a lot of Ninja Tune stuff (BTW, its a british label, not a band). Some say Hip-hop is a subgenre of breakbeat. Others say they are two different things, although they obviously influenced each other. Anyway, here are some suggestions:

Galvanize, by the chemical brothers:

Get yourself high, also by the Chemical brothers. Funny video, too (However, there's a problem with the clip. The Kung Fu fighter's lips are normally synced with the rap):

DJ Shadow. A classic. He describes his music has abstract hip hop. So its just him, the DJ, without one of those insipid MC's rapping.

Another DJ Shadow song:

Tech N9ne is garbage. The only reason he's even able to make records is because he's from Kansas City and has no competition.

im actually wondering what "personality" you will adopt next... the "french" thing is dying quickly... and you never really did pass off as the "thug"
