Default Weird alien looking baby
Not sure if this is worse than the baby with two faces. Apparently it is some kind of disease that causes the skin to overgrow.

Yikes!

It's a harlequin baby. Poor thing will be in a lot of pain. Let's all stare at it.

The name "harlequin baby" itself is sad.

They are called that due to the resemblance of their skin to a harlequin clown dress.

Usually they don't survive for longer than a few weeks or days. Some do though.

These terrible birth defects have direct links to the United States continued use of uranium weapons and depleted uranium deposits, going against the vast majority of the UN who are currently against its' use. It's extremely sad.

Not calling bs or anything, but do you have any proof to back that up? Kinda seems like an outrageous claim there.

Almost as tasteful a title as when Lenny posted the same video.

Read these, or at the very least the first article, in detail if you're interested.

Here's the UN vote(voted to ban 127 to 4. The 4 states that voted for continued use were the US, UK, Israel, and France):

It's a genetic defect that has existed for hundreds of years.

Edit: It's true that it has direct links to depleted uranium but it has existed for hundreds of years.

Can a mod change the thread name cos it seems that Risco's undeveloped baby brain is incapable of adult restraint or decency.

Yeah except it has been around long before we started using depleted uranium weapons.

They are too useful not to use.

The percentage of this type of genetic defect, as well as various cancers and other birth defects have SKYROCKETED in places DU has been used.

Read my links, or hell, just bing/google it yourself. The Iraqi town of Fallujah wouldn't be a bad place to start.

There's a reason that 127 of the 131 states in the UN have voted to ban its' use.

They should have never been born. I'm sorry, but when monitoring pregnancy in a hospital alot of these deformated new borns would have been saved from...nothing actually.

Not to mention their mothers...

It's true what Cleeve says, actually all radiation (man made and natural) and chemical polution contributs to misformed and messed up DNA/Cell structures, causing this.

Great post. Really helped to argue the point

The sources he posted are sketchy at best. I would like to see some real data on this from peer reviewed articles. The links he posted have crap like "I got these photos from an anonymous source"

All they are are pictures of deformed babies, how do I know they have come from depleted uranium rounds. Also, correlation does not equal causation.

Alot of army men got ill by coming in contact with unriched uranium ammonition. That's a reason for us to not use it. If the army comes in contact with that, so will local population.

-edit- I get yuor point, but I also replyed in a more "neutral way"...At least that was intended.

No, not in this case, IMO.

I'd say, this is what happens when you decide to have kids with your cousin or sister.

Check for yourselves, there is strong statistical evidence of Depleted Uranium being a strong causal influence on defects.
remember, the uranium is partially vapourised and the fine particles are then eaten and breathed in by those in the vacinity and it may also be in the water supply in some areas.

http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-...ranium+defects.

Both the US and UK Governments are aware of the issue, which is why they have strict handling proceedures.

I wish you'd at least pwn them with some awesome irrefutable data. That's how to really make people look stupid on the internet. If they are so wrong that their very belief in their argument makes them appear mentally challenged, as you suggest, then surely it should be extremely easy to prove them wrong as opposed to calling them childish names.

Now go. DO IT. PROVE THEM WRONG AND WIN. BE THE MAN DAWG.

Here. No mention of Harlequin Ichtyosis being caused by DU exposure.

Seems like you're the primary "retard" in this thread - were your parents involved in the development and testing of these types of weapons?

How about actually suggesting reliable sources that refute the Government and non-Government studies? Or would that be too much like actually contributing something for you to do, huh?

Here's something for you on heavy metal poisoning, specifically Uranium - i bet you don't bother reading it, though...
