I was at a club once and a few kids started throwing quarters at my then-girlfriend for no reason. I went over to em and told them to knock it off, when one of the others blind sided me with a punch to the right eye socket, then started kicking me on the ground (there was around 6 of them). The bouncer came over and tried to choke ME out while the others ran out of the club like the little girls they were. These guys generally aren't trained very well in these circumstances, and they get a lot of things wrong sometimes.

These guys generally aren't trained very well in these circumstances, and they get a lot of things wrong sometimes. It may very well be diffedrent in other countries but in Australia, if a security gaurd did that they would get into a whole heap of crap, probably face criminal record and gaol time. A security guard is NOT even allowed to touch another person, even if suspected, unless provoked or in self defense. I know this and haven't even started the course yet (So I'm probably wrong lol). What they can do however is ask to see proof of purchase before taking action. These security guards looked like they have had no training and just walked in on the job. Good thing they stopped that here in Australia as it used to be the same, and I've heard on the news in the past how security guards have injured and killed innocent people for due to lack of training and knowledge. |
