You've got to follow the "Vague Yet Forceful Title + colon + Descriptive Subtitle" formula if you want to get a book published in this day and age.

Also, Coulter already wrote "Godless: The Church of Liberalism", which was pretty much "Urban Atheism and the Rise of America's Immoral Elite".
