give me your thoughts - I really think I'm losing it and need them.

Dont feel crazy,when someone cheats and lies it takes so much away from the person you thought you depended on and knew..its a scary thing to trust again..and you say he isnt remorseful??
Have you tried going to talk to someone,I feel it really helps just to be able to get things off your chest..
I was reading in here somewhere in order to really heal the mate needs to stand up to what they have done and feel remorse,maybe thats whats eating you up,I know it would bother me..
Take care of yourself FIRST..cause your mind can drive a sane person insane..
