I haven't seen Russell Crowe movies in a long time. It was time you started acting again.

€1700 a year... that's basically free. Try $35,000 a year...

Well ye I can go the hospital and get treated but I need insurance which will pay it for me. And then you gotta pay deductible except for generals practitions

That would be the cost if the government doesn't subsidize. Which is pretty retarted because it means only people who can afford it go those schools where in fact they need it the most

Exactly, and as you're speaking from experience, you know what I mean.

Golem,

I checked WebMD for you and it turns out that jobs where you are up on your feet a lot can cause a lot of problems with your legs. It could be gout that is exacerbated by the fish oil in the Guinness that you serve, or it could just be age.

Have you considered changing careers? Maybe you could go back to school or try to work in the field in which you got your vocational degree.

Just a few thoughts for you buddy.

Love,
Will

What is this? Some kind of degree in chatting, or one where you get a certificate if you prove you've handled a cash register responsibly for 17 years, so should probably get some recognition?

Free? 100+% gas tax, 22% tax on anything you buy, ~40% income tax and those are just the big ones... lol, free.

$35k a year for college, huh? Go to a state college. Foreigners (many, European) don't seem to mind attending them.

California basically emulated Europe. And now we call them america's greece.

I have a friend in Gainesville FL, and he works at a bar called the Grog House as a bartender. He makes nearly $80k/year and only work 4 nights a week. Keep in mind most of that $80k is cash, so his equivalent earnings are technically much higher when you consider the lack of taxes taken out. He also sleeps with a lot of ridiculously hot, young college girls. Have you considered changing careers?

Benefits? What happens when he is 40? i suppose that he could get a mail order certification and become an acupuncture professional, but what if he did not want to rip off clueless folk?

What benefits? Health insurance for a 28 year old is less than $100/mo. His rent/utilities is less than $600. Via my recommendation, he puts about 70% of his income away, and in 5 years time he'll have almost $300,000 to open up a badass craft beer bar of his own. The net income off similar bars in his area is close to $450,000/year. So basically he will be a 32 year old business owner that paid for his business with cash, and by the time he retires will more than likely be a multi-millioniare (if he plays his cards right). There are people who "get it" in this country, and many others who simply do not.
