Default If You Plan Upon Defending The Honor of The United States WHO Are You Defending
As to either “The United States of America” or “The United States”, these are two separate entities, one controlled by the Articles of Confederation and the other by a constitution. What those entities are is guided by the following definition from Bouviers 1856 Law Dictionary:

MUNICIPALITY. The body of officers, taken collectively, belonging to a city, who are appointed to manage its affairs and defend its interests.

Neither entity has anything to do with territory, land or provinces. Both entities have to do with who have been assigned to oversee their affairs.

Look at it this way. In the Navy CINCPACFLEET is a particular admiral who controls specific ships and shore facilities. When this particular admiral arrives at one of his ships the bos’n pipes his whistle and announces “CINCPACFLEET arriving”. No one confuses this with the arrival of all the ships the Admiral is in charge of. Everyone aboard knows the head honcho has arrived.

Same with the president of the U.S. (of U.S. of A. … depending upon his hat). Watch how he is announced when he steps onto a military facility.

When it comes to the President everyone complains about his increase of the national debt. As it is his debt my own view is that he can pile up as much of it as he can tolerate (or as much as his creditors can tolerate). As I have no involvement in his debt he can go bankrupt for all I care. I believe we might be better off if everyone gets weened off of the U.S. dollar anyway.

Back on topic. The United States is not a thing. It is not land. It is not territory. It is the officers assigned to represent that entity. When you plan upon defending its' honor it a WHO you are defending not a WHAT.

I hope this helps with some of you in understanding the difference between any govenor and the president, setting aside of course "the several states" and the "state of".

You are ready for the next stage then. A State is goup of people (kinda like the Boy Scouts). There is no dirt or land in any State either.

Well I will admit it, you guys are way smarter then me.

But with all the teminology and laws, by-laws and commitees, Articles of Confederation, The Constitution, It doesn't seem like our President or Congress abides by any of it, or they just make new laws, new amendments to the constitution, they own the game and we can play ..... oh I guess we can try to play but us little guys, naw they won't let us win, and if we do with the old rules, they will change them midstream.

Same here zap. For a long time I tried to wrap my head around many of palani's posts. 1 in particular must have stuck w/ me, because I dreamt about it. I woke up thinking "No, I will not 'stand under' it".

One of his explanations to "understanding" (the charges before you, etc.)

I was listening to and interview of Hutton Gibson lastnight and he said something like this that we should fight for our home and our God given rights spelled out in the constitution. That's pretty simple and I believe he's right.

You are used to looking at reality the way it was taught in Public School 101. I doubt if your teachers had any particular malicious intent when teaching you the way they did but they can only teach what they themselves know.

Consider the board game you are involved with to be a construct, one where the one who gets to define the construct is the only one who wins. Now place yourself in the position of the one defining the construct.

I am only passing this along in the event you desire to win occasionally. Best sleep on it and let the divine consider the alternatives.

The Articles of Confederation are superior and precedent to the constitution. There was no need of a bill of rights in the Articles. A time will come for fighting. It is not here yet so I prefer to agree.

The game seems rigged so that the fight is happening to individuals one at a time. All the time.
You might even say each of us under siege in an endless war.

So much so that honesty, community and cooperation might even be seen as treasonous acts against the State.

I believe that TPTB will be in charge , have been in charge, and will be in charge.....until the deck of cards falls.

I will never have enough money or power to compete with them.(Really don't want to eitherI don't want to live in a den of Vipers) All I can do is try to control what me and my family have worked for and protect it from sue happy 99 % ers, and 1 % ers and fly under the radar as much as possible, smile.... be happy and enjoy life.

Thats what I can do.

Part of the game is to get you to consent. Life is a series of endless contracts. Everyone wants the benefits. Few want the duties.

People stop pushing when they encounter resistance. Establish ground rules with dealing with people. If you are going to suffer from politeness maybe it is better to be a little impolite?
