I REALLY don't think so!
But if it makes you happy, go for it.

Have you personally had an abortion? If no, then I don't think you can ever be qualified to comment on whether you would feel guilt or not. Assuming you are male then I don't think you, or I, would ever fully be able to appreciate the emotional aspect of it. Maybe for those that are very early, but from my limited experience I already know of one person who is riddled with guilt, in fact I would go as far as to say that they feel they have utterly ruined their life due to the emotional scars of having a later abortion. I think it is highly unlikely that the Egyptian girl's mother was instantly aware of the pregnancy, so the morning after pill will be out of the question, who knows how far down the line it really is? There can be no blanket statement like yours in this case.
Sure there can. I don't feel guilt so it doesn't bother me at all

Let me rephrase that. There can be no blanket statement that applies for everyone.

Ive gone as far as having a dump in a swimming pool.

but I'd draw the line blowing my man plankton in a pool... at least you can see a brown warship steaming towards you at ramming speed and take evasive action before its to late...
Hahhaha

That is true of course but in U.S it's all worked up when people talking about abortion but when children die of malaria and aids no one seem to care..One tiny little embry is killed, feeling nothing (at least of what we need as I dont think we torture it..) and people goes "oh man you killed a child".

Yeah, I always found that odd. While I lean more pro-life, I think there are way bigger issues in this world than someone terminating a pregnancy. If they would dedicate the time and energy spent fighting against abortion to something a little more worthwhile we'd probably see less lives lost.

Anyway, I better not go back to Egypt any time soon. I swear she said she was 18.

There is no guilt...do you consider the morning after pill murder as well?

She is 13, the best thing to do is get rid of it.
Honestly, I know you like to shoot off your mouth and write whatever seems to come to mind with little to no self censorship but on this topic you are more off target than normal and you should probably keep it shut.

Would a 13 year old make a good single parent? She is not even capable of getting a job for a few years...

Definitely not, but that doesn't mean the child has to be terminated. The better thing to do would be to accept the responsibility to carry and give birth to the child, and then give it up for adoption so it at least has a chance at life.

True, but half-black children have a low adoption rate. Yeah, I am bad.

I don't know why you keep posting this "joke" (which is about as funny as a kick in the teeth btw). TBH it's quite offensive.

Of course I don't think she would be a fitting parent, I was actually commenting on his ability to gauge "guilt" when it comes to an abortion.

Why is that? I don't think a girl that young should have to face a pregnancy and avoid any problems before the start. What about the adoption program in Poland? Is it any good or is it like how it is in the US?

The ability to joke about something is a step toward acceptance.

It is a joke, but there is an unfortunate truth to it. Consider my post an effort to raise awareness. [thumbup]

They should send a few to my area then, as they seem to be all the rage right now. Especially with teen mothers!

It's clear you're not a
1. female
2. parent
3. a rational person, with a wealth of life experience

Clearly he isn't.

In my town the 13 year olds keep their babies and then milk the 25 year old father for 18 years of child support. Adoption.. honestly.. you've got to be kidding. Adoption doesn't get you paid.

I suppose this will be my last post on these forums as I will be either run out or banned , lol, j/k.

With no flamming or "picking on" intended, you pro-life holier than though, self righteous people need to just ...go on now as we say in the south.

Abortions, especially in this case, are far more humane than the humiliation and torture that most rape induced children go through( lets just say that I have some personal experience in this case, so shut your yap,) rather than the "toture" of killing the child.

give me a break.

The next time that anyone feels so inclined to whine and complain about aborting a child that:

-No one knows where he came from
-mother was raped and the child will be a haunting reminder for life
-parents cant hope to take care of
-child will be sick for life

...reconsider your "ideals" and consider that the REAL inhumanity here will be enduring all of these things. I would say that your ideals might be better suited to aim at the hundreds of thousands of children dying daily from:

-illness
-malnutrition
-war
-etc etc etc

Lol, some people kill me. As Earthngates said: Abort it and move on, no reason to destroy TWO lives when two can be saved from the get go.
