Default What feedback to leave - Ebay?
Well I finally got my shipment of replacement stylus pen for my omnia. It did not turn up initially, and I had to wait 8 days before I could report as lost. I emailed the seller, and he did communicate and eventually determined after about 2 days it had got lost in the post. So he sent a replacement and it turned up today and as advertised.

Now what should I leave in the feedback? Should I mention the royal mail issue ( looking at feedback he has had, I am not the first to have this "problem" )

lost shipments or postal delays arent within the control of an ebay seller.

i dont understand why people comment about it. it happens, unfortunately to everyone.

because if enough people happen to have this problem with the same seller then its starting to look as though the seller is the one doing it.

But it's good that he's communicating - the worst is those who don't communicate.

"Top seller, good comm, Shame Royal mail let us down. Thanks"

or to that effect

Positive feedback. - "Sorted out Royal Mail's ineptitude and kept me informed along the way. Nice one guy."

Due to no fault of his own the items were lost in the post, but he sorted you out with a replacement batch and kept you informed along the way. Sounds like a good seller to me.

Positive of course.

But advise, make sure when you buy something that you know for sure it's got recorded delivery to.

As said it was probably just standard delivery, not recorded.

Allot of time when it's not recordered stuff just gets lost.

Now if you payed for recorded delivery then say on the feedback because the guy posted standard.
