Default Play.com 3 for 2 Blu-rays a swiz?
It's supposed to be buy 3 get one free but I just ordered three BDs that were in the offer and the cheapest one that is supposed to be free was charged at £1.99! What's going on?

Have you ordered it and noticed the price has increased on your bill, or is it in your basket like that?

In any case, if you are being charged that price, I'd contact them via phone to get the issue resolved. Play are usually good like that.

It was like that in my basket. I thought it might change once I confirmed but it didn't. I'll get on to them. Cheers.

Check the total amount they have charged you and it should all add up correctly. They would normally take that £1.99 off one of the other prices and charge it to the free one so that it still registers as a transaction to keep stock levels correct at their end.
