At 3000 rpm, the speed would need to be roughly doubled, or the pressure is halved. This DOES NOT INCLUDE losses of the system (like pushing air through a slowly moving 60 trim, or the many bends of the piping, or the throttle body, or the intercooler, or the VALVES!)
