I have regained control of my wallet recently. I blew £200 on champagne a couple of years ago and didn't remember at all. To the extent that I rang the bar in question and complained when I got my bank statement. It was halfway through the call before the penny dropped (the manager telling me that it was a Saturday night removed my blackout).
