So does this mean that Universe actually doesn't get much more action than what they'd like to say it currently has and never has a resolution? Great [thumbdown]

I gave Universe the benefit of the doubt, hoping the story would get better and things actually happen that keeps your attention.....oh well!

I wish Doll House would make a return too, things were just starting to unravel in that too!

Seconded on the Dollhouse front. Yet another great show Joss Whedon created. I own Seasons 1 and 2 on BR.

I hated SGU. I tortured myself and made it through a good chunk of Season 1 before I gave up on it. It really shouldn't be part of the Stargate canon, as it practically has nothing to do with it at all. Bad characters, bad plots, just...bad.[thumbdown]

It made me sad to watch a few seasons of SG1 this summer and compare it to the turd that is SG:U I really hope it does pick up but Season 1 was terrible...
Hehe, I might get SG1 and watch them from the beginning. I LOVED SG1. Had so much action in it, and so much to explore and so much to learn.

That episode was pretty good, if they show a rerun before the next one and you still care a little you won't be disappointed. Even Rush was less of an arse hole, only slightly less however.

You might want to catch the episode before too if you missed it, as it was a cliffhanger.

I recently finished watching every single episode of SG1, took me a couple months but I got there. Almost finished Season 2 of Atlantis. Watched the original Stargate movie today (Kurt Russel). Actually I need to find Ark of Truth in order to fully finish SG1.

I agree. I think that from about the time Daniel ascended and came back to fight Anubis through to the end of the show was some of the best tv I have ever seen. I dont think I have been so excited to get on with the next episode with any other show. Atlantis was overall a great show and I honestly have no clue why it got canceled. I am going to miss having a stargate on tv. I dont think I have missed but a couple of episodes since it started airing on showtime.

I just really dont know why they are starting to fill up their entire airtime with crap like that movie magic make up show and now they are coming out with one about making food. In my opinion they have gone way downhill since about the time they did away with atlantis. I like several of the new shows, and finally got into Eureka last season. The adaptation of being human seems good so far. Similar to the bbc version while still being its own show.

I thought the last 2 series of Atlantis were pretty dire. They had a few good episodes but the rest were mainly fillers. They hardly went through the stargate at all in the final season. Although Atlantis suffered the most from having 2 characters without any personality IMO.
