I just wondered if anyone here has any experience of what office chairs are available that are designed for someone with back problems?

My bad back is flaring up again, - and given that I spend 8 hours a day sat on my arse at work, I figure that my 5-year old office chair is most likely part of the problem. My employer has said they'll buy me a specifically designed chair - but the problem is we don't know what I need!

What are my options regarding chairs specifically designed for people with back problems?

I'm also off to the docs in the next couple of days to try and get a decent diagnosis, as so far they seem to be treating the symptoms rather than looking at the cause. I'm not overweight - and I'm physically fit and active, so I have no idea why my back is causing me such problems of late....
