if you drive like a ****,you never get caught....

been speaking to a few lads at work,and basically they speed everywhere,jump traffic lights,and generally disregard the road regulations...

yet they have no points nor have they had any in the past..

that infuriates me [cursing]

However, don't drive like a **** and you don't have much to worry about either.

And you believe everything they tell you?
Usually those people that "drive like twats" - or so they tell you, actually drive like saints.
But to be "cool" they tell you all about the bad things they have done.

As a general rule, anyone that bigs themselves up about how hard / bad / fast a driver they are is a *****.

I got done for speeing a good few years ago, need to becareful, especially depending on city, as it's like big brother, they are watching you!

you saying that , just seen a local nobkockey driving his corsa down the road (theres a storm here atm and the roads are somewhat wet) to promptly stuff it up the back end of a bus , of course they were all wearing seatbelts in the corsa......

On my cycle into work this morning I saw four cars one after the other all get flashed at the same set of traffic lights for jumping a red.

Brightened up my morning [thumbup]

See it regularly round my neck of the woods. People driving like complete dicks either side of speed cameras and being extra carefull going past them. Pretty much never see a cop car having pulled somone over.

The cops would be overworked if they stayed around my work location.

There is a Ferrari / Maserati dealer up the road so it's common to see them every so often. And every time I see one, the driver drives like a complete douche.

My aunts ex-boyfriend used to brag that he never got caught for not wearing a seat belt all his life.

Taking in to consideration that amount of people are on a road vs how many cops are on a road, chances are very high that a person has not yet been caught.

Lets seem him brag when either he crashes or someone crashes into him . . . .

I drive fast,I obey traffic lights etc,and drive safely,just at speed. I never really have a problem when I do,when I drive slowly and carefully,people hit my car,deer jump on the car,etc....driving slow and careful is more dangerous to me than driving fast,judging by experience.

Thats true. I should have thrown that in to his face. But then he would brag that he has never been in the accident. [rolleyes]
