The first, of course, was the Expendables.

Haven't seen The Expendables yet but I think I'd like this more.

I remember the 1st time I saw the newer Machete trailers at the theater. It was right after the Arizona immigration vote, and they had a very heavy pro illegal immigration slant to them. Next week, after polls showed overwhelmingly Americans supported the Arizona vote, that trailer was gone, replaced by action sequence after action sequence.[rofl]

Ah, this was it http://www.aintitcool.com/node/44943... haven't seen it sense. From the newer previews, one would think it all action. Which I hope is true. Especially if early on Michelle Rodriguez trips and accidentally impales herself with all his knives. I hate that bitch.

I am looking forward to this though, as Rodriguez excels at this type of film. And I have always loved the guy with the knives.

Acu,

For someone with such a shitty taste in music, you have the best taste in movies [thumbup][thumbup][thumbup][thumbup][thumbup][thumbup].

Chronic,

Two things for you:
  1. I made brownies today
  2. You start the "Machete" thread when it is released.

Actually some of my favorite music (other than classic rock) is trance. But I know it's not everyone's bag.

I remember seeing the original mock up trailer in that planet terror film. I was sooooo disappointed to find out that the film wasn't actually planned, and then the internet made it happen [rofl]

and ofcourse an excellent drum and bass track

Dude's name is Danny Trejo - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001803/

He's been in a shed load of movies - nearly 200 [shocked]
Believe it or not, he's over 65 years old - possibly why he hasn't changed much of late!

Blasphemy. Your presence has brought too much estrogen to this post, and may alter the opinions of others. I banish you.
