BP Phone Interview
 

Got myself a phone interview on thursday morning. Supposed to last around an hour and they are using the "behavioural interview" technique.
I got quite alot of info about this technique in the email i recieved from them so have a good idea of what i'm gonna say.
just wondered if anyone else has had this type of interview before, and how they handled it.
An hour seems quite a long time to be on the phone with them.

If you start getting nervous and mumbly and they say "spill it," immediately hang up and call the authorities.
