Child Support SNAFU
 

So my friend has 2 kids with his soon to be ex wife. She's crazy, said she'd kill the kids if he took them in a divorce, etc. Her kid rammed a curtain rod through her mouth while she was playing and she had to actually walk downstairs and get her mom off the PC while she was playing WoW.

She took the kids, moved to a different state, only lets him have the children when she wants to go sleep with other men (even before they were legally separated), sends nude pics to men on the internet (back when they were still married living in the same home).

But because she's a woman the state gave her a lawyer, welfare, etc. and hit him with child support for 3 kids (remember how I said he had 2 with her...) and he just got royally screwed in general. Anyone else think society is fubar'd? His only possible hope to getting even a remotely fair divorce is paying out the ass for a good lawyer, which he can't afford.

After having seen the system in action I regret being prejudice against dead beat dads when I don't really know them. Perhaps they too were just raped unfairly by a biased system.

You know, come to think of it, what happened to the guy here that had someone call child support on him ??
