I did it! I ate the hottest wings at Quaker Steak and lube. 450,000 scovilles! And the 150,000 ones. Supposedly I was the first person to do it... Not sure I believe that though. some of us like myself like participating in contests that feature dishes that go up to 7,1 million. ![]() But then again iīve been shitting through a straw since last christmas,.. |

Actually they said that a German guy was the only other guy able to eat the 450K ones (but he did not eat the 150K too). I immediately thought about you Golem. |

Wow, I totally would have gone with you if I had time to make flight arrangements LOL. My last trip to Heinz field was December 11th, 2005 (Steelers/Bears, the game in the snow where Bettis ran over Urlacher to get into the end zone, and the first game in a chain of wins that led to the Superbowl).
The tailgating is insane at Steelers games. Tons of people force feeding me delicious food and making me drink their beer, it was awesome. Had some of the best backstrap/venison and pulled pork ever while I was there... Taking the ferry up the Monongahela towards Heinz Field: ![]() My boss and I at the game: ![]() Getting wasted in the bars on Carson Street is a blast too (I think it's the highest concentration of bars per block in the U.S., isn't it?). And the sandwiches at Fatheads were killer. [thumbup] |
