So about 14 days ago I made a request to transfer money ($15.00) from my bank account to my PayPal account to pay for an eBay fee I have. 3 days later $15.00 get's taken out of my bank account (And I have transaction records to prove it). 11 days on PayPal still says I got $0.00 balance.

So how longs it take before PayPal put's the money into my account. I've already missed paying eBay for two months and they keep jacking up the price by around $0.15 every time. Soon the fee will be higher then what I requested and I'll have to make a new request which will take even longer and the fee even greater.
