So about 14 days ago I made a request to transfer money ($15.00) from my bank account to my PayPal account to pay for an eBay fee I have. 3 days later $15.00 get's taken out of my bank account (And I have transaction records to prove it). 11 days on PayPal still says I got $0.00 balance.

So how longs it take before PayPal put's the money into my account. I've already missed paying eBay for two months and they keep jacking up the price by around $0.15 every time. Soon the fee will be higher then what I requested and I'll have to make a new request which will take even longer and the fee even greater.

It does appear to be taking a long time; have you checked your transaction records in Paypal to make sure the fees haven't been taken?

I also don't understand why you are requesting the addition of funds. If your Paypal account is linked to your bank you just pay eBay and the funds are drawn from your account.

A transfer from pp to my account has taken up to the entire 7 business days they advertise, and from my bank account to my pp takes like 3 days. Usually Ill get an email with the estimated date the funds will be available and they always seem to be right on the dot.

11 days after sounds odd...might be a glitch in their system.

Seems that cuz u owe ebay they are/were delaying, pretty normal bank practice/attitude....pp is an ebay company.

link a card upto paypal via debit, just click and pay for everything then.

How can I get into contact with paypal? Everytime I try I keep getting sent to an error page.

In fact a lot of links on PayPal send me to an error page saying "We are unable to complete your request.".

Can someone please tell me how to contact PayPal? I know $15.00 isn't much but it's still my money. I double checked my transaction records on my bank account and PayPal has definitely taken $15.00 out of it. But it's not showing in my PayPal account.

Just thought I'd mentioned that my PayPal account wasn't verified when I made the request, but surely that shouldn't affect it, shouldn't PayPal just send the money back if that's the case? That's what everyone else does.P.S. My PayPal account has been verified now for over 3 days.
