Got what he deserved. If you want to crack a game go for it. But pirating it... kinda mixed feelings on that. But SELLING!?! Hell no. If you pirate anything it should be free. Selling pirated material goes against the spirit of freedom of information. I'm willing to accept that piracy could be about freedom and all that, but when you sell pirated material you're a thief.

Despite what people think of Piracy. I would doubt it, but with a case like this, they could easily say that it was for illegal purposes that they were modded. Anyways, too bad this kid is 18 years old. Punishment is going to be a bit rougher than it would have been if he were 17. Florida is pretty tough state as far as law punishment goes. For his sack, I hope that he was at least able to take a magnet to some of his hdd's. Man, even if I had this game right now, I wouldn't let ANYONE know until AFTER it was released! |
