Tbh i went to a party some friend dragged me to

Went to the same high school, and same college (went out for a few dates in college, but rapidly split). Reconnected a couple of years ago (been about 4-5 years since I saw her last), when a friend accidentally found her, looking for a professional appraiser. We went on a few dates... in two months we were essentially living together, and in 6 months I got rid of my apartment and we moved in together. Getting married in January. LIfe is good.

So I jumped into my motor, drove up there, got lost, got there eventually after 12.30pm, And went home twice, the second time was to clear my house and move in with her and her daughter of 9 yrs old.

We've been together for nearly 10 years and married for 5 yrs.

Mine kinda sounds like it came out of a hollywood movie actually. It's a feel good story for those of you who care to read. I am not exadurating any of the details here, this is just how it was, and how it happened...


Met my girl back in high school. She was 2 grades below me and part of the "cool" group of her grade (you know the kinda group where the girls are hot, and guys are jerks, and life was wild). She was stunning... and I am not just saying this. You know how there is a couple of girls in every grade that all the guys are like "Yeah man, if I could date one person in the school it would be her"... well she was one of them. As you can see, very holywood'esque so far.

Anyway, in my grade I was neither one of the the jocks or the geeks, probably the go-betweeen, but we had the largest social group in the grade anyway so nobody really meesed with us... but we were definitely not "cool". So there she was, the popular, the glamarous, and one of the most sought after, and here was me... probably talking to you guys half the time. [rofl]

We met through a mutual friend, and although we were nothing more than acquantances we would chat every so often when we bumped into one another. She was different to the other girls in her group though... you could tell she was kind hearted and an all round nice person. She'd never be embarrsed to do whatever she wanted, and we got along pretty well on the rare occasions when we spoke. But there was no spark there. I mean; I would've loved to have dated her, and often had to stop myself drooling every time I spoke to her... but it was not going to happen. Besides, she was dating some jerk at the time.

Anyway, the last time I saw her was early 2003. I bumped into her walking out of the school becuase apparently she boke some other girl's nose it a cat-fight. Awesome! [thumbup]

Fast forward six years since we last spoke or even saw one another and its now May 2009. She pops up on my facebook friends list, and she is the first to talk to me, saying "Remember me?". Long story short, we chatted and decided it was high time we caught up for coffee... coffee turned into dinner... dinner turned into a movie... and the rest (as they say) is history. And she is still the same stunner she was back in high school. [thumbup]

Now we are living together and could not be happier! So there you have it, these things happen in real life... I am walking proof. And I LOVE Facebook!

I have known my BF since we were kids..lets just say there was an incident on the tramp and we were not allowed to see each other again..Mind you we were 5 and 4..
Later on we saw each other again but just for one day when we were 16 and then when he moved back here..We started hanging out as friends and one thing just developed into another...[thumbup]
