FFS, a minor settling of the rocks and everyone panics?
I would be interested in knowing how many tremors there were in the various regions BEFORE the sites were put in - not that I expect anyone would have recorded, let alone noticed, them.
There's a reason there's geothermal activity in these areas, anyway, it's because they're generally in weakened areas of the crust where vulcanism is not far beneath the surface.

I would prefer not to leap to conclusions either way. If you stick your finger in a hole and something bites you, its probably reasonable to reflect on the situation before doing any more poking.

Panic and caution are not really the same. I would also want things clarified about the government saying it was definitely due to the drilling, and the company saying "nope, not us."

Somebody either does not know what the heck they are talking about, or possibly somebody may be outright lying. Seems reasonable (for both parties) to clear that up, as well.
