I want to tone myself up and as I haven't the time or the money to afford a Gym membership or my own MultiGym/Weights, I want to know if anyone has used these things and if they work ?? I go cycling and walk regularly so I get exercise although I could do with more but during the working week I am practically on my feet from 5.30am until 7pm each day. Weekends is my time so I need something that I can fit into my tightly wound schedule.
So guys, has anyone used these things and do they work ? ![]() Thank you. |
