Default Need some assistance...
Hi guys, i'm hoping you might be able to help me with a problem i'm having RE: domain hosting from Weycrest (http://www.weycrest.co.uk).

I have a number of domains/hosting packages with these guys, which im trying to arrange to be cancelled, but I am finding it *extremely* difficult to get in contact with them.

I have emailed, phoned, opened up support tickets on the site, on the billing system, on the hosting cpanel/plesk system, everywhere I can think of, and I have had zero response from them in the last 2 weeks. The phone system is just constantly on voicemail, I never receive a call back after leaving my details 3-4 times.

Could you guys point me in the right direction to contact them? Last resort is snailmail, but I feel that would be a pointless waste of time...

Just tell your bank to stop any automatic payment to them from now on. You'll see they'll contact you very quickly...

Wouldn't that give them grounds to take legal action against me?

AFAIK they can't take any legal action without warning you first.

Plus, you have proofs you've been trying to contact them in all possible ways.
