Has anyone seen the Rambo movie that came out earlier this year? I just watched it and i was amazing. Well to me it was. Pretty crappy story line but awesome fighting/blood/guts etc.

Yes, simply loved it, the killing shots was great. The boat part was nice, poor guys head, laff. [thumbup]

yeah, I was actually suprised by how entertaining this movie was. it's classic Rambo cheese, but it's definately the closest effort to the original First Blood. Rambo movies I don't take all that serious, but at the same time I love it. If you can call a Rambo movie thoughtful....this one was definately better than the last few.

I downloaded an HD version on Directv a while back. I started cheering and laughing the first time you see Rambo bust out that compound bow of his and he sends a couple arrows into some heads[thumbup] right before the bad guys were going to massacre those innocent civilians. The other scene I really got a kick out of was when he commandeered that MiniCannon thingie or recoil less rifle or whatver it was on the back of that assault jeep.......and then he opens up on those guys who were like 4 feet away[thumbup][rofl] jibs everywhere.

I was actually shocked at how gory the movie was.

anyways, this Rambo was pretty awesome and a pleasant suprise. Put it this way, if you liked any of the previous films and think you might like this one.... you definately will! in fact, you'll like it better than expected probably. I'd compare it to the recent Rocky movie actually. It wasn't as over the top and stupid as past versions, and it ends up being better than expected.

the best thing though is it's packed full of those iconic Rambo/Chuck Norris moments like in Rambo First Blood Part2 where he goes to work on the VietKong with those explosive tipped arrows[rofl]

Aspirationally fit for his age, the guy's a machine. In the movie he looked like someone who could cave your skull in and the film was everything I hoped it would be. Sly might appear slightly dim but he knows what people want.

Fairly certain that Steroids don't shrink your penis. In fact, quite the opposite, since his testosterone is so high, it was probably similar to a Viagra I.V. drip.

First Blood still stands up today, the other ones... not so much.
